New York State for example is completely up on an EMR and have been for years.  Northeast Ohio has been transitioning since 2006, this is not a new thing...  I&amp;#39;m sorry you have found fatal flaws, but I would bet money that the EMR&amp;#39;s you have tested are not CCHIT certified.
